How does it work?
Leads 2 Quotes (L2Q) is an electronic enquiry distribution system that facilitates communication between buyers and vendors. L2Q integrates with adjudication software to facilitate the import, transfer and allocation of priced bill items.
Leads 2 Quotes is divided into a Buyer and Vendor section. The buyer distributes the electronic enquiries or electronic request for quotes (eRFQ) and a vendor responds to the enquiries by furnishing bill items with prices.
